Our new homeowner mailing and telemarketing lists are sourced every night from the most up-to-date new home owner data files on the market. Because of our weekly updates, we can guarantee that at least 90% of the records we provide you will be new homeowners established within the time period you specified in your order. No other provider of new home owner lists will make the same 90% guarantee.
In the rare instance that more than 10% of the records supplied in your order did not open their business within the time period you designated, BrandNewHomeowners.com will happily refund 100% of your money for those records. All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your request must be made in writing to refunds@BrandNewHomeowners.com and must contain your:
Order Number (found on your receipt)
2. Your request must be made within 48 hours of your order.
3. You must attach to your email all of the records that you believe do not represent new homeowners within the timeframe you ordered along with a written explanation of the facts indicating that these are not new homeowners. BrandNewHomeowners.com will manually verify whether these records do, in fact, represent new homeowners. Please allow up to three (3) business days for manual confirmation.
If, after confirmation by our staff, over 10% of the total records you ordered were not new homeowners established within the timeframe you specified, BrandNewHomeowners.com will issue a 100% refund for each and every non-"new homeowner" record, on a pro rata basis. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for a refund transaction to post.
